BoloForms

Providing Access to your Camera/Mic

Depending on how your test is configured, you have to provide BoloForms access to your camera and/or mic. The test won't load otherwise.

Follow the instructions below to provide access.

Microphone

  1. Tap on the lock icon in url bar at the top of your screen.

  2. In the popup menu, tap on Permission Settings.

  3. There is a Switch button for Mic. Click on the button to enable it.

  4. Now click on button below & refresh test page. You should be good to go

  5. If you continue to get an error, repeat the instructions from the top. Or, try taking the test from a different device.

Camera

  1. Tap on the lock icon in url bar at the top of your screen.

  2. In the popup menu, tap on Permission Settings.

  3. There is a Switch button for Camera. Click on the button to enable it.

  4. Now click on button below & refresh test page. You should be good to go

  5. If you continue to get an error, repeat the instructions from the top. Or, try taking the test from a different device.

Microphone

  1. Click on the lock button in top left of the bar.

  2. Click on reset permissions and reload the form.
  3. Now click on allow when popup shows up in top right corner

  4. If you continue to get an error, repeat the instructions again, or try taking the test on a different device.

Camera

  2. Click on reset permissions and reload the form.
  3. Now click on allow when popup shows up in top right corner

  4. If you continue to get an error, repeat the instructions again, or try taking the test on a different device.

Microphone

  3. Now click on allow when popup shows up in top right corner
